Fill your pantry with both nutrition and convenience! Gary’s True Grit® Einkorn Pancake and Waffle Mix combines ancient einkorn flour with other wholesome grains and legumes into an easy-to-use mix that can be substituted in a 1:1 ratio for all-purpose or whole-wheat flours.

This pancake and waffle mix is great for more than breakfast. The pleasing, sweet flavor of einkorn flour makes it a delightful change from modern, highly processed flour in many of your favorite recipes. The addition of legume flour into this mix adds three grams of protein and two grams of fiber, contributing even more nutrition to the already-bountiful benefits of einkorn!
